Have you ever heard about the upcoming concept called “Paint’n sip”? No?!
Well then you have a new thing to try, and its seems to be really cool and
joyful!
Imagine a cold and wet October night with your friends. You don’t want to go
out dancing, because the soggy weather is messing up your hair. Instead you and
your best friends is going to an event where you actually can paint, and sip –
alcohol or whatever you like to.
The concept is all about enjoying painting in the best company. Its very easy, and you just find a booking time that fits for your schedule, then you pay a small amount. When you get there, you get your own space with pencils and canvas, and also you get an instructor for your squad. The picture is predetermined by the instructor, and this is what you are going to paint this night. Then you learn a lot of “pro-tips” and skills, step by step to paint a decent piece of art.
This growing concept was first started in Norway by two creative souls who wanted to mix to worlds together – wine and painting. They wanted to integrate art and painting into people´s life, and show “regular” people the value about painting. Now the concept has been integrated into the activity of festivals and other events, and its requirement are still growing.
