Bolia is a furniture company that focuses on new scandinavian design. Bolia was established in Aarhus, Denmark in 2000. They started Bolia.com as an online store, but have now managed to open stores in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and the Netherlands. This is a good way to expand their customer range. Their design is especially made for choosy, selective and quality conscious people and for those who are socially aware. All of their designs are tailored just for you by the most skilled designers and craftsmen in Europe.
Bolia is presenting “A sustainable Choice”. Sustainability is a starting point for all of their new products. Bolia makes sustainable decisions all the way from design, materials, packaging, transport to the final product. But their goal is to make products that lasts for a long time and products/designs that look good. That is why all of their products are made by hand by some of Europe’s best producers. They are at an exciting sustainable journey and they are making new sustainable decisions every day, all the way from the designer´s ideas to the coffee they serve in their stores. Sustainability today is very important and popular among businesses and all customers. Bolia´s products will cost more because of high quality and quality work.
Every product Bolia makes is made with high quality and therefore they can charge more money for their products compared with other companies. Bolia has a huge focus on being a sustainable company. As I told earlier, every product is made by hand, and they are using materials from the nature and that’s also one of the reasons that they can charge more for their products. Many customers are willing to pay more money because of their high-quality products because of their material choice, and also because of the company’s values and brand. Bolia is also creating a lot of job opportunities with over 600 employees in five different countries.
The worldwide known office furniture giant Steelcase offers a thorough collection of Bolia-design, included sofas, armchairs and tables to customers in Europe, Asia, Afrika, North America and in the Middle East. By doing this collaboration, Steelcase is helping Bolia with reaching out to new customers and new ways to make more money. Bolia and Steelcase´s goal is to transform office landscapes all over the world to into creative and inspiring workplaces.
